One Wapping high street is purpose-built block of residential flats with a commercial unit on the ground floor. It is 7 storeys high and located a stone’s throw from the bank of the river Thames.
MCo were engaged to carry out communal parts refurbishment works, including full re-decoration through-out, new step treads, and carpeting / barrier matting, upgraded access control system with a fire alarm link and new regulation fire signage.
Occupied property with high end flats. Good communication being essential to the success of the project.
