MCo Group Ltd were instructed to carry out full internal refurbishment to the communal areas within 29 St Johns Lane Farringdon.
Our works involved full redecoration and spraying of lift doors, fire upgrade works including fire doors and protection within
key areas along with escape hardware on doors/exits and luminescent fire signage. The metal staircase was re-coated and a
non slip floor / step paint recommended by Mco which was adopted with great success. New floor coverings including coir
matting and carpet tiles completed the project.
