Mco Group Ltd have now received instruction to carry out out Major Works refurbishments to the above 3 adjacent properties in Central London.
Repeat business via a Surveying Practices and also the Property Managers.
Works to include scaffolding, temporary roof, new roof finishes, brickwork and stonework repairs including structural sock ties and helibar repairs, rainwater goods, leadwork, cleaning, decoration and carpentry works. New cold water storage tanks will also be installed. Internally redecorations and new floor coverings will be carried out.
