MCo Group Ltd were instructed to carry out the refurbishment works to a high-end residential apartment in Mayfair.

Our works involved strip out and refurbishment works including new bathroom and kitchen installations, wall and floor tiling, new hardwood flooring, new carpets, mechanical and electrical upgrades and full decorations throughout. All works were carried out to the highest of standards in keeping with the requirements of this prestigious apartment block.

As the apartment is in a large residential block, we worked closely with the building management team to ensure that any disruption to other residents was kept to an absolute minimum.

We liaised with the building management on a daily basis to keep them updated in regard to our programme and any potential noisy works etc.

Communication was key to the successful delivery of this high-end project and we successfully incorporated changes in specification during the works period and worked closely with the client team to minimise any potential associated impacts on the programme.
