The works included identification of the existing foundations and framing to the building using a MEWP for the frame structure investigation and excavations which identified ring beam / piles. Following this identification we shall be installing new piles and a ring beam, along with a steel frame to be located on top of the new beam/foundation to provide added support to the external structure and roof.
