Our project included scaffolding to all elevations, full redecoration using the dulux weathershield system, timbercare repairs, copper gutter repairs, tiling/roof repairs, leadwork welding, repointing works in lime mortars to stop water ingress into the working barristers offices, and easing of windows to ensure all operated correctly at completion.

We phased work on each of the elevations in line with the client’s request, due to a summer wedding planned on the main lawn at the front of the building, we ensured each elevation was erected & painting/repairs commenced immediately to ensure the scaffold could be struck in the same sequence as erection. There was careful consideration and communications with the offices to ensure suitable times to have windows open during the works to ensure least disruption to the busy barristers chambers.
