MCo Group Ltd were called to attend after a ‘hole’ appeared in a garden walkway.

Following investigation it was clear the underlying ventilation shaft soffit had collapsed. We made the area safe and removed all loose dangerous structure. We then rebuilt the shaft by forming an RC roof with a steel frame and rebuilding the drystone walling and re-locating the historic stone/brass vent shaft extract covers. Finally the garden area soil and gravel was imported and was reinstated.
