Works on the Grade I listed Temple Church in Temple, London.

The works involved the removal of asbestos roof coverings to the rear flat roof followed by the installation of new insulated asphalt flat roof coverings with a promenade tile finish and associated brick repairs and lime re-pointing.

We also carried out new lead roof coverings to the main entrance barrel roof and render repairs and lime re-pointing to associated areas.

All works were carried out in accordance with the Grade I listed status of the Church.

The Church is in the centre of a very busy mixed commercial and residential area, the erection and striking of access and all deliveries were carefully planned and our works were segregated to ensure that the public were not affected by our works.

The Church was operational throughout the works and we worked closely with the client to plan all activities and fit in with the Church and surrounding business’ activities to ensure no disruption to all involved.
