MCo Group Ltd were instructed to carry out office refurbishment works to a 4th floor Barrister’s office in Temple, London.

The works strip out and disposal of existing fittings and finishes and reconfiguration and refurbishment works including, formation of new WC’s including formation of a cosy WC within an existing cupboard, new kitchen, decorations throughout, Mechanical and Electrical installations including wastes, hot and cold water and heating alterations, lighting, power, floor finishes including sanding and sealing hardwood floors and new carpets.

The works were procured via a recommendation from a previous client and as no architects were involved, the works were agreed between MCo Group Ltd and the Client directly over 2 visits followed by a formal quotation and specification prepared by us.

The client had a vision of what they wanted to achieve, and we worked together to specify appropriate materials which were available within the programme period to achieve the required finished product.

The project was handed back to the client on time and within budget.
