MCo Group Ltd were instructed to carry out extension and refurbishment works for a private client in Camberwell, London.
Our works involved the strip out, partial demolition, structural alteration and remedial works, structural steelwork installation, full width rear extension to create an open plan Kitchen/Dining room and Lounge and subsequent fit out and external refurbishment works.
The works included a reduced level dig and installation of a new floor slab, underfloor heating and new polished concrete floor finishes, refurbishment to existing parquet flooring, new kitchen installation, new bespoke joinery, new flat roof structure with large walk on rooflights, full hight glazed doors, full mechanical and electrical installation, decorations throughout, installation of an underground rainwater harvesting tank, external landscaping including creation of patio areas and a rebuilt front driveway wall.
The result is a stunning space which really brings the “outside inside”.
