Completion works to two apartments in Clerkenwell. We undertook the liaison, negotiation and full management process to complete the works in progress.

The works involved the management and co-ordination of the fit out and completion works to two apartments and included, completion and commissioning of the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installations, the completion of finishes throughout including Joinery, hardwood flooring, tiling, decorations and kitchen installations and external works including roof finishes, extensive composite decking and cladding to the previously constructed glass and steel two storey extension.

The utmost care and attention to detail was taken to ensure that the works completed previously met our exacting standards and any potential issues were dealt with prior to the commencement of the fit out works.

The apartments are on the first and second floors, so access was an issue, all deliveries were planned to ensure sufficient resources were available for unloading and distribution throughout the site as required.

We accelerated the works to one of the apartments to ensure that the client was able to move into his property before Christmas.
