Balcony waterproofing repair works for a large residential block in Hampstead, London.

After persistent leaks, investigation works were carried out and the waterproofing on the balconies was found to be the source of the water ingress.

The works involved the erection of alarmed access scaffolding, removal of existing insulation and cappings, installation of new waterproofing to deck and upstands and subsequent re-installation of the cappings and insulation.

The property and the neighbouring buildings were in occupation throughout the works.

All deliveries were planned carefully to avoid disruption and all access was via the rear access scaffold, thus enabling us to avoid access to the resident’s property and ensuring minimal disruption throughout.
