A recent project completed following a recommendation via a known client the owner had had ongoing issues with another contractors work.
We stripped a felt sun terrace and applied new asphalt coverings and lead flashings finished with recycled rubber promenade tiles. Roof coverings to a rear lead bay roof and flashings, we also stripped 3 verges and remade correctly with tile/half ends to ensure correct overhang / drip details along with gutter trays at lower ground floor level.
MCo Group Ltd were engaged to carry out external decorations including scaffold access initially.
We were then asked to inspect some un-finished works which including stripping a felt sun terrace and applying new asphalt coverings and lead flashings finished with recycled rubber promenade tiles.

Returning Client
